Fab City Zagreb’s mission is to build local capacity for creating knowledge, innovation and sustainable solutions by connecting people, technology and community.
We believe the cities of the future should be places where citizens are not just users of technology but its active creators.
Our approach
Fab City Zagreb runs activities that connect education, technology, entrepreneurship, culture and sustainable development.
Instead of one-off projects, the goal is to build lasting local capacity that remains available to the community after individual activities end.
Development steps

From Zagreb to Croatia
Knowledge that travels.
The experience built through Fab City Zagreb has served as a foundation for extending the initiative to other places in Croatia. Developing local Fab Labs and working with different communities enable the transfer of knowledge and methodologies and the creation of new local hubs for innovation and education.
